2012
- PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk takes full ownership of BRIngin Remittance Company Ltd. after acquiring all shares from PT. AJ BRIngin Jiwa Sejahtera, making it a wholly-owned subsidiary of BRI.
- The company is renamed BRI Remittance Company Ltd.
April 7, 2015
- BRIngin Remittance Company Ltd. is established in Hong Kong, fully owned by PT. AJ BRIngin Jiwa Sejahtera, a subsidiary of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia (Persero) Tbk.
End of 2023
- To reflect its expanding range of financial services, the company rebrands to BRI Global Financial Services Co. Ltd.
Present
- BRI Global Financial Services is a licensed Money Service Operator by the Hong Kong Customs & Excise, specializing in secure and efficient remittance services for Indonesians abroad, particularly in Hong Kong.
- We operate 4 branches across Hong Kong: Causeway Bay (main branch), Yuen Long, Tsuen Wan, and Mong Kok.
- The BRI Remittance Mobile App is introduced, allowing customers to make transactions seamlessly through their mobile phones.
